Plateau State is a state in the North Central part of Nigeria. It is the twelfth largest state in the country known for its touristic views mostly surrounded by elevated hills and mountains, springs and waterfalls and vast lands. It is also widely known for tin mining and its fertile grounds, hence, a huge economic contributor to the country as its people’s major occupation is commercial farming.
Before the crisis, Plateau was once a peaceful state and home for foreign tourists and investors, who found it worthy of investment and stay, however this is not the case anymore. Fortunately, young concerned Plateauns and organizations like the Jos Investment Development Discuss are looking to heal the land, restore its lost glory and export its excellence to the world.
