The Plateau State Information And Communication Development Agency (PICTDA) has opened its portal for the fourth edition of the Code Plateau Bootcamp.
The Code Plateau Bootcamp is a 3 month full-time immersive Boot-camp designed for young people who want to start their career in IT and kick-start their portfolio of real-life projects that utilizes modem technology stacks.
The programs to the fourth edition are aligned with the sustainable development goals of 1, 4, 8 and 10. This means, it’d provide its fellows the necessary skills to combat poverty, give access to quality education, ensure the decency around work and economic growth and lastly, provide a workspace for reduced inequality around the tech ecosystem.
Having its commencement in 2019, the fourth edition of Code Plateau would feature new courses, such as Blockchain Development and Senior Executive Courses; in addition to its already existing ones, Software Engineering and Digital Marketing. This is however in line with its thematic structures.
Applicants can select their areas of interest under the “learning category” of the application form and also must have a functional laptop and are residing within the Jos metropolis (or be willing to relocate during the period of the Bootcamp – although accommodation will not be provided) for applicants.
